How is this different from a cheap templated website?
A templated site is built once and left alone. We start with a proper look at how your business actually runs, what's slipping through, and what's actually worth fixing, then build a site and AI Concierge around that, and keep adjusting things afterward, seasonal messaging, review responses, booking reminders, based on what your business needs as it changes. It's an ongoing setup, not a one-time page.
Do I have to build anything with you afterwards?
No. The initial look and the written plan are useful on their own, whether or not anything gets built afterward. There's no obligation either way.
Can you sort out my customer records without building me a new website?
Yes. Setting up simple customer records, or tidying up what you already have, doesn't require a new website. It can be its own piece of work.
Can you move my customers across from a spreadsheet or notebook without losing anything?
Yes. Moving existing customer details across from notebooks, spreadsheets, or scattered WhatsApp chats into one place, without retyping or losing anything, is part of what we set up.
What is an AI Concierge?
An AI Concierge is a chat assistant built into your website that answers visitor questions and handles enquiries around the clock. It's trained only on facts about your business, so it never makes things up.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription to use this?
No. You ask your questions inside your DhRuSense dashboard, which needs nothing more than a browser. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT is an optional extra for people who already use them, not how it normally works.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol, an open standard for letting AI tools talk to real systems. We use it so your business data is not trapped inside our software. If you would rather ask your questions from Claude or ChatGPT than from our dashboard, you can.
Can the AI change things in my business, or only read them?
Only read, for now. It can look at your bookings, customers, and enquiries and answer questions about them. It cannot cancel a booking, change a price, or message a customer without you.
How much does a DhRuSense website cost?
Pricing is quoted individually: a one-time build cost plus a small monthly fee for the AI Concierge and any add-ons you choose. The initial look at your business, working out what's worth fixing, is part of getting started and isn't a separate charge. Fill out the Get Started form for a tailored quote.
Does DhRuSense build websites for small businesses across India?
Yes. DhRuSense works with small businesses across India, with particular depth in the south: Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala.
What's the difference between a normal chatbot and DhRuSense's AI Concierge?
A normal chatbot follows scripted menus or invents answers when it doesn't know something. DhRuSense's AI Concierge answers only from a knowledge document written for your business, so it stays accurate and says it isn't sure rather than guessing.
How long does it take to get a website built?
Timelines vary by project scope. Filling out the Get Started form is the fastest way to get a realistic estimate for your business.
Can the AI Concierge answer in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam?
Yes. The Multilingual Concierge add-on replies to each visitor automatically in their own language, including Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
Does DhRuSense offer ongoing support after the site is built?
Yes. Every build includes eight settle-in weeks after launch, where changes to what we delivered are on us, no extra fee. After that you choose how involved we stay: light-touch Support keeps everything running and current, or the Care Plan bundles the AI Concierge and every add-on together. Either way, the site stays yours to keep.
What if I need changes after the site goes live?
For the first eight weeks after launch, changes to what we built are included, no new project and no extra fee. This is the settle-in period, when real customers start using the site and small things naturally come up. After those weeks, ongoing changes are handled through a plan that fits you, light-touch Support or the full Care Plan, and one-off changes are always an option if you'd rather not have a plan.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. Your domain always stays in your name. DhRuSense looks after the technical side, including hosting, the AI Concierge, and updates, and if you ever move on, your domain comes with you.
